Commercial collateral system
What happens when your Commercial Bankers don’t have segment-specific marketing materials? They resort to creating their own, and you call M. Barry and Co. for a more cohesive and dynamic solution.
The task was to build out the promotional resources available to Bankers, make some of them customizable by the Banker, and enable the materials to be delivered virtually on-demand. In addition, we needed to take the brand’s look and feel up-market for the customer base.
We developed an integrated collateral system that leveraged their existing look and feel and adapted it to the more sophisticated commercial segment. We created brochures, sales sheets, deal sheets, customizable letters, pocket folders, and a modifiable pitchbook series (e.g. Treasury Management, Real Estate, Not For Profit, etc.). In addition, we made some materials available on Capital One’s printing platform, enabling Bankers to select pertinent documents, customize them, have them professionally wire-bound, and receive them within 48 hours.
Results are confidential. However, the program was so well received we became the ongoing lead collateral agency for Capital One’s Commercial business as well as their Private Banking business.
