A marketing leader and insightful strategic thinker, Mark is the hub around which the company revolves. He recognizes and champions great creative work. His finest strength is pulling together a team of talented creative people and ensuring the work meets the highest standards for excellence, is on time, and within budget. Mark has been helping clients attract customers, motivate purchase, and build brand loyalty for more than 25 years, the last 15 of which have been with his company, M. Barry and Co. His prestigious list of client experience includes AXA, JPMorgan Chase, TD Ameritrade, MetLife, Investools, The Bank of New York, HSBC, Amalgamated Bank, Manufacturers Hanover Trust, Gerber Life, Bank Leumi Trust Company, Condé Nast, The Rouse Company, and Capital One.

Diane Stilwell

Creative Leadership
Diane is an award-winning creative director/writer who thinks visually and never stops striving to make the work better. With over 15 years of experience, Diane has created successful campaigns for a broad range of clients, including AT&T, AXA, Citibank, Investools, Key Bank, Amalgamated Bank, V8, Pepperidge Farm Goldfish, Pella Windows, TD Ameritrade, and Capital One. Before joining M. Barry and Co., Diane worked for such agencies as Young & Rubicam, VML Interactive, and Womenkind.

Erica Sloane

Art Direction/Project Management
Erica wears many hats at M. Barry and Co. and does it with ease. As one of our senior art directors, she creates fresh, innovative creative that captures a brand’s essence. As our creative client liaison, she works closely with clients and our senior staff to ensure the work is on strategy and all goals and objectives are met. A graduate of Lehigh University, Erica developed print, collateral, and digital marketing for several small businesses before joining M. Barry and Co. Her client experience includes HSBC, Amalgamated Bank, AXA-Equitable, Gerber Life, MetLife, The Travel Institute, and Capital One.
